Ingredients
  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. Half a sweet potato, peeled and diced
  3. 1 carrot, peeled and diced
Instructions
  1. Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.
  2. Peel and steam the carrots and sweet potato until tender.
  3. Finely chop the cooked chicken.
  4. Blend the chicken, carrots, and potato together to form a smooth purée, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
