Chicken Sweet Potato and Carrot Purée
- 1 chicken breast
- Half a sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.
- Peel and steam the carrots and sweet potato until tender.
- Finely chop the cooked chicken.
- Blend the chicken, carrots, and potato together to form a smooth purée, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
