Squash, Pear and Broccoli
One of the best ways to get your little ones to eat their greens is to blend squash and pear to puréed broccoli.

Ingredients
  1. 5oz butternut squash, diced
  2. 1 small pear, peeled and diced
  3. 500ml water
  4. 3oz broccoli, chopped
  5. 100ml milk
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the squash and pear. Gently sauté over the heat for 4 – 5 minutes
  2. Add water
  3. Cover with lid, then bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until tender
  4. Add the broccoli, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes until soft
  5. Remove from stove
  6. Add milk, and blend until smooth using an electric hand blender or pour mixture and milk into food processor and purée
